Jeanne has an amazing knowledge of the area where we are relocating. One of the most valuable things is her ability to listen to what we say and quickly adapt to our needs. As we drove along, she explained the area, pointed out restaurants or shopping and advised us of dangerous highway intersections to watch out for. Who else would do this? Exceptional! Jeanne understood what we needed. She understood our level of knowledge with regard to building practices and never insulted our intelligence. If she didn't know something about the property, she found out the answer to our questions. When we were not in the area and something came on the market, she offered to preview the property for us, because she said that she knew what we wanted. If the property was a gem, I quickly drove in to CT to view the property for myself. It took a long time to find a suitable place, due to limited selection in our price range. Jeanne never gave up and was always available to us when we needed to see a property. She always kept us up to date on the latest listings. If I had to create the perfect Realtor with a wave of the wand, I would choose Jeanne as the perfect model. Smart, funny, knowledgeable, creative, and adaptable. I believe that Jeanne could help a retiree or a newlywed with equal ease. We are renting while we get to know the area. Jeanne walked us through the entire process of our home purchase from beginning to closing. She went above and beyond, the entire time, making us feeling confident that we were in very capable hands. Our home purchase was very complicated, being a Hud home with all the regulations surrounding it and she made it seem less. Jeanne was available to me at any time I needed her and was very proactive on all of the deadlines that I had to meet.
